| New in 2006, this unit is a vacationer's dream. Lots of room, both inside and outside. It is decorated in beautiful tropical decor and is furnished for your comfort. The king master bedroom is very pretty and has a really large bath with both shower and jacuzzi tub, great for relaxing after a fun day in the lazy river or at the beach. The large window and sliding glass door makes viewing of the pool area very nice. Just a step out the door and you can relax on the large patio.
Other bedrooms include a queen guest room with half bath and a twin bed guest room with adjoining bath. Each guest can join the others or retreat to their own room to enjoy their own TV and DVD player. The living room has a large TV, stereo, DVD and CD player. You can relax on the couch, loveseat or two recliners and there are large ottomans at each couch for you to put your feet up and relax. Everything in our condominium is for your relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare your meals while vacationing. A washer and dryer is in the unit for your laundry needs. The queen and twin sleeper sofa provides sleeping for an extra 3 people and a pack and play is available for your little one.
Across the street via the new walkway that connects the bayside with the gulfside you can enjoy all the amenities that the gulfside has to offer also. The kids will really like the kiddy water garden and being able to use the pools on both sides expands your vacation package. The walkway is open for your easy access to the gulf.
