| This picture perfect house is located in an upscale neighborhood with a full Gulf view. The newly constructed home is beautifully decorated with lots of light and spacious interiors. There are two separate units under one roof with 5 bedrooms all together. Rent the upstairs, the downstairs or the entire house.
The upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and living room. Step right out onto the sun deck from the living room or from two of the three bedrooms. The sun deck has ample seating to enjoy the view of the beach. This unit also offers a rear deck with an electric grill.
The downstairs is an adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath with large kitchen/living room combination. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 cable TVs and a VCR. Enjoy a full day at the beach without ever touching the sand!
