This beautifully decorated, fully furnished and newly remodeled unit has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the large private balcony, which can be accessed through the living room and the master bedroom. A perfect place to wind down and watch the sun set or enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves below.
The 1200 sq ft floor plan has tile throughout, ceiling fans in every room and boasts 2 bedroom/2bathroom accommodations with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom and large closet for your vacation wear with plenty of room remaining for storage. The guest room is furnished with twin beds, a viewing window for the sunsets and large mirrored closet. The large dining area provides a great view of the beach below.
Additional unit equipment includes a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances and a new full size washer and dryer in the laundry room located within the unit. Each bedroom has a TV with cable and phone. The unit includes FREE high speed/DSL Internet access and a DVD/ VCR is located in the living room.
This unit is located in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores on a wide stretch of beach with private access that is ideal for family fun. The property boasts a gorgeous pool having a wide set of stairs in the shallow end but NO Kiddie pool. Other common areas include a Jacuzzi, gazebo, grill and large grass area for all your outdoor fun. . The building has two elevators, stairs on each end, exercise room, central fire alarm/smoke detectors and sprinklers, security system at front and rear entrance’s and secure underground parking with key entry.
