Welcome to this beautiful two-story townhome located in Executive Bay Club in Islamorada, Florida!
EXECUTIVE BAY CLUB
The Executive Bay Club features a beautiful large heated pool, private beach, fishing dock, clubhouse, BBQ area and a tennis court right behind the house! The area is child friendly with a play area, twenty-four hour on duty security and entrance gate. Ample parking available. So come swim in the pool, lay out on the beach and fish off the dock, but don’t miss the breathtaking sunsets every evening!
LOCATION
Located on Mile Marker 87 in Islamorada, part of the wonderful Florida Keys. It is adjacent to beautiful public community park with exercise trail, beach, basketball courts, tennis courts, skate/skateboard area, large pool with diving boards and a lighthouse. Just a few minutes drive or bike ride from the world famous Tiki Bar, restaurants shops and convenience stores. Great restaurants include Islamorada Fish Company and Bentley’s. EBC is only four miles from a major chain grocery store and pharmacy as well as quality hospital. It is approximately a one and a half hour drive from Miami Int. Airport.
THE TOWNHOME
A two-story townhome with 2 large bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Very spacious and fully furnished. Sleeps 6-8. Approximately 1400 square feet. Large living room and dining room. Full kitchen and breakfast area. Central air/heat. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, and small kitchen appliances. Linens, bath towels, cable TV, 3 TVs with remote, AM/FM stereo CD player, VCR/DVD, washer/dryer. Screened doors. Propane BBQ. Outdoor porch facing the tennis courts.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as ½ a bath downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bead with a walk in closet. There is also an outdoor balcony. The second bedroom is a large room with a queen size bed, two twin size beds and a closet. Both rooms are fully furnished. |
