| Large 3 BR/2 BA Townhome with garage located less than 1/2 block from ocean's edge! Better than new, this upscale townhome is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished to provide you with the ultimate vacation home experience.
Great floor plan with oversized master bedroom and guest room upstairs with a full bath and a spacious greatroom downstairs with third bedroom and full bath. The kitchen is a cook's delight and is well equipped with all major and small appliances. Nothing has been overlooked! The dining area seats 8 with room for more chairs.
The beach house will easily sleep 10 adults comfortably. A rollaway cot and crib are provided for younger children.

Beautiful outdoors spaces are the perfect spot to relax in the cool ocean breezes while listening to the crashing of the ocean waves! The courtyard off the greatroom is surrounded by a 6 ft. high fence that provides ultimate privacy. Umbrella table and chairs are the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening meals under the stars. Reclining chairs and a firepit add to the relaxation.
The ample front yard has cool green grass and swaying palm trees complete with sundeck, umbrella table and chairs and park bench. Beautifully landscaped with tropical plants. The barbeque grill makes this a great place for outdoor cooking.
The oversized one-car garage comes with full sized washer/dryer, automatic opener with remote, fan for comfort, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach bags. There are 3 adult beach cruiser bicycles and 3 children's bikes.
The location can't be beat!! Less than 1/2 mile south of International Speedway Boulevard, just the 4th residence west of the ocean. Lenox Avenue runs east/west between the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Just a two minute walk to the World's Most Famous Beach.
Easy access to famous Daytona International Speedway. Main Street is less than one mile north. Walk to the Daytona Boardwalk/Pier! Convenient to shopping, great restaurants, fishing, diving, parasailing, golfing and mini golf.
An easy one hour drive to Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center or historical St. Augustine. Make the beach your home spot and enjoy these attractions during the day.
The Ocean Center, Daytona's convention center, The Peabody Auditorium, The Hilton Hotel, Ocean Walk Entertainment Center, and Daytona's Lagoon Water Park and Game Room are less than five minutes north.
The quiet and sleepy beachside neighborhood consists primarily of single family homes. You are in a quiet and secure location away from the tourist chaos yet close enough to be a part of the fun when desired. The new Sun Spash Oceanfront Park is at the corner of Lenox and A1A and provides a beautiful playground for children beachside. |
