Custom built in 2006 after several years of planning our home is
ready to provide you the luxurious, memorable vacation you deserve.
Our own experiences renting in Rotonda and other areas has given us
great insight into what a vacation rental should provide. We provide
all that and then some for our guests. We take great pride in our
home and feel certain it will meet and exceed your expectations.
All the comforts of home with all the amenities of a 5 Star Resort
our primary goal is for our guests to say "I want to come back!"
Every aspect of the planning, design, and outfitting of our home was
to fulfill the wants and needs of vacationers. It will not
disappoint!
The wonderful layout of this home features privacy in the sleeping
areas (2 Master Suites with en-suite bath and King Size Beds)and
Spacious, open living areas which overlook the South Facing 16'X24
Oversized, electrically heated pool. The highest quality
furnishings,linens and decor were specifically chosen for placement
room by room throughout the house and pool area.
Not to be overlooked the entertainment aspect of the house includes
5 TV's w/DVD, Playstation 2, Karaoke, Wireless Internet Access,
Stereo sound with individual speaker controls through out the house
and pool area, and library of books, DVD's,CD's, board games and
more there is something for everyone here!
