The house has a direct view of the heated pool and sits only a 5 minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico. View your party from your own balcony as they swim and sun at community heated pool only steps from your patio. This home has a paio & balcony.It boast a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere with well appointed furniture and decor. If relaxation is your intent, you can sit on the balcony and take in the wonderful ocean breeze and enjoy the scenery of all that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Take time to enjoy a quiet relaxing moment in the hot/spa tub while destressing from your cares of the day and a great way to end the day. Watch the wee ones as they frolick at the new kiddie waterfall and wading pool. Tennis anyone? | ***WEEKLY RATES ADD 11% SALES TAX***.
For DAILY RENTALS ADD $100 cleaning fee & then multiple by 11% sales tax to get the rate. A refundable deposit of $300 is required to book the home and is refunded 10 days after your departure if the criteria of the rental agreement is meet. The deposit is required at the time of reserving the unit. The rental fee is due 2 weeks before your arrival date.
I do not rent to singles under the age of 25yr and this is confirmed before and during your rental period.

I only accept personal checks, credit cards and money orders.
Absolutley no smoking and no pet unit.
