No cancellation or refund unless prospective tenant's application or credit reference fails. Must also apply to the Condo assn in sufficient time for them to approve the tenant. That fee is about 100$.

1) 2,000 with application 2) For seasonal rental, the full amount is to be paid before lease is to commence. 3) 3,000$ security deposit required. Will be refunded upon satisfactory completion of lease.
