| This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, with 1150 square feet, in Captain's Bay South, is across the street from the Beach, at the Holiday Inn entrance to the beach.
The lanai and other windows offer a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The lanai has electric storm shades and there is casual furniture to enjoy the view of the Gulf. This condo is located on the south end of the island, the quiet end.
The condo has upgraded kitchen cabinets with tile floors. A full range of appliances is available, including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, crock pot, all utensils, pots, pans, dishes and linens.
There is a separate laundry room inside the condo, with a full-size washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron are included, along with extra storage.
The spacious master bedroom has its own TV and comfortable armchair. This bedroom has a King bed. The master bath has double sinks and a large walk-in closet.
The great room has a TV, with DVD player. It has upgraded cabinetry, with bookshelves for the TV, etc. The dining table has 4 chairs, but with kitchen chairs, can easily seat 6.
Step outside your building to the pool at Captain's Bay. It is very well-maintained, with a library, poolside, for your reading enjoyment. There is a second pool, also available, at the back of the property. The complex also has tennis courts.
Bay Beach Golf Course is a few blocks away. There is a drugstore within a block, as is Santini Plaza, with shops and restaurants. Lover's Key State Park is a mile away, just over the bridge. It is easy to walk to most of what you want to do from the condo.
Finally, you have your own covered parking space at Captain's Bay.
