| Walk to Park Shore's private beach park from this luxury beach home in the heart of Park Shore - one of Naples' most affluent neighbourhoods. Excellent shopping and dining is also within easy walking distance.
You are just half a mile from the beach and there are no busy highways to cross to get there. And then there's our home itself.
With over 2200 sq feet and an open plan design, the ambience is one of space and comfort. The all new furnishings and linens are of the highest quality - Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren etc. The feeling is opulent yet beachy and tropical, with natural woods adding to the Floridian/Carribbean atmosphere. We are proud to feature the photographic work of Clyde Butcher and Oscar Thompson in our home - local artists with an international reputation.
In the living area, huge sliders bring the outside in and the inside out. The designer kitchen was installed at considerable cost and has a pretty breakfast nook with tropical views. The bedrooms continue the tropical/beach theme, with upscale furnishings and comfort at a premium. All have their own new TVs. There are seashell motifs throughout our home - echoing the ocean that is just a short stroll away.
Our lanai and yard are very private and spacious. Surrounded by exotic palms and banana trees, you will certainly know you are in Florida! Our large heated pool with its gurgling fountain,is a particular feature.
And when you venture out, you will find the sophisticated pleasures of Naples on your doorstep. Walk towards the beach and you will quickly arrive at the Village on Venetian Bay, one of Naples' premier shopping and dining spots. Walk in the other direction and you come to excellent shopping plazas. The Fresh Market is probably Naples' finest food store - its just a stroll from our home.
The Coastland Mall and downtown Naples can easily be reached on our bikes. (or walking if you're feeling energetic!)
This is a beautiful home with a special atmosphere in a very special location. This is a neighbourhood where homes all cost over a million dollars and some cost ten million. There are very few homes available for rental in Naples this close to the beach and in a neighbourhood as prosperous as Park Shore.
