| There can be few homes in Naples that match this former model home for location and positioning, privacy and views. Just a few minutes drive from the beach and within walking distance of shops, etc. yet on a peaceful no through road, a large plot with it's own small creek flowing through ( fishing rights), total privacy on the patio and the most superb west facing views with uninterrupted sunsets for which Naples is famous.
PALM RIVER, as usual comes fully equipped and has a genuine 5 bedrooms consisting of a king, two queens, and two twin bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, thus comfortably accommodating up to 10 persons. All of the bedrooms have been themed.
Yet our flexible reasonable pricing reflects it being an older villa , although it has and continues to go though a constant up grading process and our father , living in Naples , is the onsite manager to ensure a carefree vacation.
Like many larger villas in the area of north Naples, screening is not neccessary and has been removed to exploit the fabulous outlook from the large patio and heated pool.
Withing the villa there is a great room, off which is a seperate area with full size pool table, and off the fully equipped kitchen/ breakfast room is an adjoining family room. Just great for families and even couples. Access to all of Naples attractions is easy and close by, so is the Interstate, just 1 mile, thus all of the regions other attractions are very accessible. We provide guests with a comprehensive range of things to see and do in the area, our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE with no hidden costs including pool heating to 85%.
