| Beautiful two bedroom, 2 bath condominum on the 12th floor with unobstructed view of fantastic sunsets on the crystal blue Gulf Of Mexico.
Enjoy your western facing view as you sit and relax on your own private balcony on the beach.
Start your day by dining on the balcony as you watch the pelicans arrive for a day of fishing and playing in the surf. The balcony is comfortably equipped for six to dine. Step inside to the spacious 2 bedroom unit that has been attractively decorated in a tropical beach decor. Living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, large television, DVD player and stereo. The love seat and chairs provide adeuate seating for six to eight. The attractive dining room will comfortably accomodate eight. The kitchen has been furnished to provide everything necessary to enjoy cooking for your hungry beach crowd. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The Master suite comes with full private bath, large walk in closet, separate vanity area, a sitting area with view of the balcony and beach that is perfect for that early morning coffee or tea. The master has a stereo, color television, work space (wireless internet is available) and a comfortable king size bed. The master is also quite large and can easily accomodate small chilren in sleeping bags if they are nervous about sleeping in unfamiliar places. The second bedroom is also tastefully decorated in the beach decor and furnished to ensure comfort. The second bathroom is convenient to the guest bedroom. This queen size bedroom has a northern view. At night you can see the lights of the Hathaway Bridge as it spans West Bay.

| Property has the larges beachfront of any complex on the beach with more than 1500 feet. Beach services include jetski, umbrella, lounge, chairs and parasail rentals. Beach Volleyball, shuffle board, lighted tennis court, basketball court, "Suds Weaver" on site sandwich and gift shop, large game room, exercise room with weights, daily service for child care "tots playground on the beach adn supervised KidsClub" where parents can safely drop the kids off for a few hours to a full day and meeting facilities are all ON SITE |
