| Our privately owned, luxury air-conditioned four bedroom/two bathroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located on a quiet residential estate just 15 minutes from the Disney World main entrance and close to all the major attractions.
The villa has its own private, screened 24’ swimming pool with a large, fully equipped bathing area and under cover patio area/ For most of the year the sun provides sufficient warmth to the water, but pool heating is available as a chargeable optional extra.
The accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms and two large twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool area, full en-suite facilities, a large walk-in wardrobe and its own TV set. A sofa-bed is also available in the lounge.
The home is fully air-conditioned and the temperature can be adjusted for year-round comfort.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, waste disposal and a microwave. There is also a separate utility room with a washer & tumble dryer. A door from this room gives internal access to the double garage.
The modem spacious lounge is fully furnished to an extremely high standard with the addition of cable TV. This room also has patio doors leading through to the pool area.
For your convenience, there is a telephone in the property which is available for incoming and local outgoing calls at no extra charge. Long distance & international calls can be made by using a credit card and following the instructions provided in the villa.
The family dining area is situated off the main lounge and is also furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the villa.
For your convenience all linen and towels will be provided.
Our professional management team will make sure that the property is fully cleaned & prepared prior to your arrival with all the beds made up, and spare bedding provided.

| Policies and Other Fees | | | | Cancellations and Refunds | | req Approximately ten weeks prior to your departure, an invoice will be sent to you indicating the balance due. This is uired to be paid not later than EIGHT weeks prior to the date booked. If payment has not been received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking . In the event of cancellation or non-payment the following cancellation charges will apply:-
6 – 8 weeks prior - 50% of Rental Charge
4 – 6 weeks prior - 75% of Rental Charge
Up to 4 weeks prior - 90% of Rental Charge
All cancellations must be made in writing. We will make every attempt to assist in altering dates
to suit.

| | Deposits | | A deposit of $200.00 or £100.00 per week is required with your completed booking form. The booking will be confirmed to you in writing within seven days of receipt of your required dates. Once the booking has been confirmed the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due.
