Our small community of approximately 14 homes has a Pool, a 165 Pier, and a Gate. Our beachhouse is the only beachhouse in our subdivision that faces the Sound which is only about 30 steps away! We are on the east end of Pensacola Beach, nestled directly beside Portofino, the premier vacation resort on the entire Gulf Coast. You cant get a better location!
Pensacola Beach is only about one block wide where our home is. There is water on both sides of our subdivision. Our Pensacola Pelican faces the Sound/Bay, which is just across the street with no homes to block the gorgeous view!
A little over one block walk behind our home, just across the road from our entrance, is Pensacola Beach and the start of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. You literally have miles of pristine, undeveloped white sand Gulf beach, with no homes, as far as you can see! If you prefer not to walk, there is also a parking area just outside our community across the road, right in front of the Gulf, with a boardwalk across the dunes!
The private community pool is a short block away within the subdivision. Swim or fish off the pier.
Hard day at play on the beach? Rinse off with our hot and cold outdoor shower when you get home. Need to unwind at the end of the day? Relax in our master bedroom whirlpool tub, then get cozy in a lawn chair on one of our decks and watch the beautiful sunset. You can choose from a 10 x 30 covered patio, 10 x 30 covered deck, or 10 x 25 open, birds-eye-view top deck.
Our beachhouse is your beachhouse! We have worked hard to make sure our home is clean, smells good, and is very comfortable and well equipped. We have furnished our home as if we were going to live there. You will find many amenities in our beachhouse that you won't find in other vacation homes, such as family games, beach towels, pool mattresses, blow dryers, books, cookware and utensils to serve at least 20, cookbooks, and a charcoal grill.
Our dining room table seats 8, in addition to the bar that seats 4. All together, with the 2 sofas and individual chairs, we can seat at least 25 in the open dining room/living room!
There is a 36 television with surround sound and DVD player in the living room, and a TV in every bedroom, some with DVD/VCR players.
Bed sizes include 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full bed, 1 twin, 1 twin long, 1 roll away, and 2 queen sized sleeper sofas. A twin long bed is the same length as a king sized bed and half the width.
All linens are provided. Our sheets are quality sheets and our towels are white and soft!
