| Escape to the beach in our Villa Royal beach front home. Located in the gated Vizcaya Community in Dune Allen Beach, Florida, just east of Destin, Villa Royal has beautiful furnishings with personal artwork and creative touches everywhere.
Our home is a spacious 2,997 Square Feet and features fantastic views of the Gulf and beach to be enjoyed throughout the home and from several balconies and decks overlooking the beach.
Our 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 Baths can accommodate up to 10 with these bed sizes:
o Master Bedroom- King
o Bedroom 2- King
o Bedroom 3- Queen
o Bedroom 4- (2) Twins
o Bedroom 5- (2) Twins
We also have 6 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVD players, Private Gas Grill, Garage, Granite Countertops, Keyless Lock wireless internet access and more!
The Vizcaya community has a large lap pool and is within walking distance to the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. Also near is Gulf Place, home to great specialty shopping dining and an amphitheater for festivals and events year round. Try Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor for your morning coffee or Smiling Fish Café for lunch and dinner!
Villa Royal is located on 30-A in the Beaches of South Walton Area. A 17 mile biking and walking trail is located just outside of Viscaya’s gate.
The restaurants & shopping of Seaside, Florida are just a short drive away from Villa Royal.
Remember that Destin is just a few miles away with more shopping, dining and activities.
As for shopping, take time for the Silver Sands Factory Stores, the Destin Commons outdoor mall, Baytowne Wharf and Grande Boulevard.
The Destin dining options are just too numerous to mention. We have everything!
The Track Amusement Center in Destin, Florida offers mini golf, Water Bumper Boats, go-carts & for those not faint of heart, Bungee Jumping.
Big Kahuna’s Water Park is a favorite for young & old a like.
Destin, Florida is known as the ”World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” and boasts being home to the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida. Or if other water sports you seek, we have kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!
