| We have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in adding every imaginable amenity to this beautiful Oceanwalk condo. Our goal was to create the best vacation property imaginable for you and your family, and we have definitely succeeded! We offer 1747 square feet of beachside luxury which includes a 50" HD Plasma TV' with surround sound in the living room AND 42" HD Plasma's in all three bedrooms.
Additionally, enjoy the King Canopy Bed, IPOD docking station, free long distance, wireless internet, and an XBOX 360 with many games to chose from. If that isn't enough to keep you indoors during your beach vacation, the "Margarator" and private Tiki Bar just may keep you from this year's sun tan!
We are located directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean on the non-driving south beach of New Smyrna Beach. This condo is on the 5th floor with a private screened balcony that offers a gorgeous Florida Sunset view over the unspoiled nature preserve. Breathtaking Oceanviews await your exit, and free shuttle service to the beach is provided by Oceanwalk.
