Yet, there is a lot to do if you desire - walking the beaches, golfing, swimming, shelling and of course world class fishing at Fisherman's Cove. There are free boat docks and fishing piers, and an excellent boat launch at Turtle Beach Park next door. Kayaking is popular, along with surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing and cycling or seeing the many attractions in the Sarasota area. Shopping and excellent restaurants are nearby.
This luxury unit is upgraded with new solid surface kitchen counters, new leather furniture, bamboo hardwood flooring and new appliances including a washer and dryer in the unit. The Master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and large windows open to the Gulf of Mexico for the most relaxing sleeps of your life! A TV and VCR in each bedroom as well as a TV and DVD in the livingroom. Livingroom also has a stereo with CD Player.
