| Welcome to the Sun, Surf, and Beautiful White, Sandy
Beaches of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida! Stay in a
well-appointed, privately-owned 2 bedroom / 2
bathrrom condo at The Sand Dollar.
The Sand Dollar, directly on the Majestic Atlantic Ocean,
is a quiet, family building with a Heated Pool, Jacuzzi
Hot Tub, with men and women's Saunas.
Unit 905 has a high view of the Ocean / Beach,
as well as, the Intracostal Waterway and Beautiful
Sunsets. The perfect place for a wonderful beach
vacation!
In September 2008 the condo was completely renovated
with new flooring, bedding, decor, etc. Unit 905
comfortably sleeps 6 people. The Master
Bedroom with a {Serta, top-of-the-line, Marvelous
Sleep mattress} King-sized bed and its own private
bathroom, opens directly onto the Balcony.
The Guest Room has two twins, which can
be made into a king, if you wish. In the Living Room are
two leather sofas, and one has a Queen-size sleeper
bed. The Guest Room and the Living Room share the
other full-sized bathroom.
The Living Room and Dining area open onto a large
private Balcony. There is a fully-equipped Kitchen with
all full-sized appliances, Full-size, private Washer and
Drier, Hair dryers in both bathrooms. 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, a
CD/DVD, and a Movie Library.
Secure Underground Parking for 1 vehicle. Beach Chairs,
Umbrellas, Boogie boards, and more are available for
your use.
Linen and Towels (including Beach Towels) are
included. You will also find a starter supply of paper
towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.
The only items you need to bring are your own personal
items and bathing toiletries.
Daytona is home to : Daytona Internatinal Speedway.
NASCAR. LPGA National Headquarters. Greyhound
Racing. Klassix Auto Museum. Sun Cruz Casino Boat.
Seaside Music Theatre. Beachside Boardwalk.
Numberous Festivals and Special Events.
The following are close to The Sand Dollar: Grocery
store and Pharmacy (within 1/3 mile). Fishing Pier with
rod rentals. Deep Seas Fising. Surfing. Para Sailing. Jet
Skiing. Kayaking. Boating. Wildlife Viewing (especially
during Sea Turtle Nesting Season). Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse. Family and Fine Dining.
Centrally located within 75 miles of most Central Florida
Attractions, such as: Walt Disney World, Universal
