This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo features a beautiful view of the beach from the large master bedroom that includes a comfortable king-size bed and access to the patio.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, the third bedroom has two double beds, and the sofa converts to a double bed. The condo features a large living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
Edgewater Beach Resort, with its own nine hole golf course, is convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery, and movie theaters.
The rental agreement must be signed by someone age 25 or older and at least one person over age 25 must stay in the condo during the entire visit. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in the condo or on the patio.

No refund will be made for late arrival or early departure except in event of a government ordered, mandatory evacuation. In such event rent for nights not used following issuance of the evacuation order will be refunded. The deposit will be refunded according to other terms specified in this agreement. Refunds for full cancellation will be made as follows. If the notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival time, the deposit and rent will be refunded. If the notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days but less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival time the rent will be refunded but the deposit will be forfeited. If the notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days but less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival time 80% of the rent will be refunded but the deposit will be forfeited. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival time 20% of the rent will be refunded but the deposit will be forfeited. If no notice is received, no refund will be made. |
