| Beautiful condominium, located at Regatta II, with 2100 square feet and a dramatic view of the bay. It is a light, airy unit with three bedrooms and three full baths. DSL wireless is available in the unit. The Living room opens to the large, furnished lanai overlooking the bay and contains large cable TV, DVD, VCR, and Stereo CD Player. MBR has a king bed, TV, DVD, its own large bath with double sink, shower stall and tub, a large walk-in closet, and opens to the lanai. 2nd bedroom has twin beds, and its own bath with a shower stall. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and TV, with access to a full bath. A large, fully equipped kitchen with pantry opens to the dining area. There is a separate laundry room with a sink. The condo is located across the street from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. There is an Indoor garage space and outside parking included. It is a gated entry building. There is a large waterfall pool, a reading and wading pool, clubhouse, party room, fitness center, spa, jacuzzi. The pool has a grill area and refrigerator. Close to Pavilion Shopping Center, restaurants, post office, tennis courts, park, library, movies, and the Philharmonic Concert Hall. There are wonderful gourmet restaurants and terrific shopping nearby.
