It is a gated entry building. There is a large waterfall pool, a reading and wading pool, clubhouse, party room, fitness center, spa, jacuzzi. The pool has a grill area and refrigerator. Close to Pavilion Shopping Center, restaurants, post office, tennis courts, park, library, movies, and the Philharmonic Concert Hall. There are wonderful gourmet restaurants and terrific shopping nearby.
