| THE SUMMIT ONE AND TWO BEDROOM UNITS.
The Summit is located on Thomas Drive. We are right next door to Spinnaker and Club LaVela.
The two bedroom unit is located on the ninth floor at the east end of the building. The unit has a king size bed, queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has two full baths and a wrap around balcony. The unit is furnished with a washer/dryer.
Each one bedroom unit has a king bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The one bedroom units have new furniture.
All units faces the Gulf with a private balcony. Each has a fully stocked kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, can opener, ice maker in refridgerator and a self cleaning oven on the stove.
The complex has two pools, three hot tubs, tennis and shuffleboard courts, outdoor and indoor hottubs,mens and womens workout rooms, game room and two laundry facilties. The complex also has a snack bar, Tiki Bar and a limited restaurant and bar.
