| Welcome to a newly constructed Villa comprising 7 Bedroom plus den and 5 bathrooms, designed to accommodate large parties who require the ultimate in luxury. Set off Highway 27 on Hampton Lakes 9 miles from Disney, this private community is found in a tranquil orange blossom location. No expense has been spared in both the positioning and furnishing of this privately owned executive home. Hampton Lakes also offers a play area, communal tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a large swimming pool. There are several high quality golf courses nearby. There are two large ensuite King sized bedrooms complete with 4 poster beds, the master benefiting from a garden tub, twin sinks, separate toilet and a large walk in shower. The Queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is situated on the ground floor. There are four further twin bedrooms, three having ensuite bathrooms, and also a den with bunk-beds. There is cable television in every bedroom and the two masters and queen also have DVD’s and videos. All bathrooms are fitted with marble washbasins and tops.
The Family Room is 25ft 5ins x 17ft 8ins complete with leather seating, 55ins television, theatre sound system, DVD, video and a selection of popular DVD films. The Front Lounge provides a comfortable environment with suites to relax on, a stereo system and is set with a formal table seating eight people. The Games Room is 19ft x 19ft 5ins and houses a pool table, football table, playstation 2, music system, television and video - ideal for entertaining the whole family. A futon is also provided. The Villa has its own 15ft x 30ft screen enclosed seabreeze swimming pool (with optional heating) and six jet Jacuzzi. The extended 25ft x 40ft deck is fully furnished with an assortment of pool furniture.The fully equipped 12ft 10ins x 11ft 8ins kitchen consists of a 22 cu ft fridge with ice/water, a ‘Moen’ one touch cooker, kitchen faucet, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposable, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The kitchen adjoins a 11ft x 9ft 4ins kitchen nook which has a table to sit six, and leads on to the pool area through the patio doors. The Villa has its own laundry comprising of whirlpool washing machine and dryer complete with iron and ironing board. In addition all kitchen utensils, linen, cleaning service, local helpful management representatives. At a cost of $150/£100/wk a complete Working Office is also available with telephone, fax, colour printer, computer (with Internet access) and a safe.
