| The villa is located in Indian Ridge Oaks, Kissimmee approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to all other Orlando attractions. Orlando International Airport is around a 30 minute drive away with beaches around 1 hour's drive
It is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private heated and screened pool. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom and benefits from a remote control colour cable television. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a remote control colour TV and there are two further bedrooms with twin beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ample storage space. In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is a further family bathroom with bath and shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Within the lounge area there are two three-seater couches one of which converts into a double bed enabling the villa to accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a 42" widescreen LCD remote control colour cable television and DVD/VCR player and an entertainment centre incorporating CD player, tuner and cassette player.The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all crockery and cutlery. Within the kitchen (behind folding doors) there is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The pool is south-facing so benefits from the sun all day. It is screened from insects, is fully fenced for complete privacy and can be heated if required. Pool furniture and sun loungers are provided.The villa is equipped with all the necessary bedding, towels, cutler, crockery etc. It has 2 telephones and also benefits from smoke detectors, pool door alarms, a safe and monitored fire and security alarm.
