| If you love nature and the beach, our townhome in CASSINE GARDEN is perfect! Located in the beaches of South Walton, this property is very private along the Scenic coast of Highway 30-A in Seagrove. We are less than 2 miles to downtown Seaside where the Truman Show was filmed. It is only a 25-minute drive to Destin and/or Panama City in either direction. It is paradise. The beaches are made of white onyx, free of shells and rocks, with emerald-green water.
Cassine Garden is a very unique property along 30-A in SEAGROVE Beach. In addition to a short walk (200 yards) to the beach, the complex offers two pools, tennis courts, walking/nature trails, stocked pond, brick sidewalks, and a basketball court.
Our unit is decorated like home. Everything is brand new. Some of the highlights include all new appliances in the kitchen, 27-inch Sony Wega flat-screen TV with DVD and VCR in living room, 20-inch flat-screen with DVD in master bedroom, 13-inch TV/VCR combination in spare bedroom. The master has a brand-new Serta "Perfect Knight" king-size mattress and custom bed linens and the spare bedroom has two twin beds with Ralph Lauren comforters. Sit on the balcony off the master bedroom and enjoy watching the birds and the squirrels in the cypress trees or sit on the porch off the living room to have an afternoon snack after returning from the beach.
