| You have found Paradise! Our luxury homes offer pools and tennis in beach front/side locations on this beautiful island.
Captiva Island is noted for its white sugar sand beach speckled with rare and unusual sea shells. It has been voted one of the most romantic beaches in the USA! It is a great place for a relaxing vacation with a laid-back life style. It offers water sports, wonderful shops and restaurants and great nature activities. Boat,jet ski, bike, parasailing rentals are available nearby. Two 18 hole golf courses, The Dunes and Beachview, which also offer tennis are 15-20 minute drive away on Sanibel Island.
Our villas offer heated swimming pools and of course, Captiva's beach. They have fully equipped kitchens and many amenities to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. Choices for your vacation include:
CAPTIVA BREEZE - Vacation in the "Lap of Luxury" in our fabulous 4000+sf Old Florida style home with many amenities including elevator, 4 bedrooms/4 baths, granite kitchen counters, Captain's Walk on roof with partial Gulf and bay views, and a 2 car garage. Built in 2003, this vacation home is under a 3 minute walk to the beach and is located in the village on a private lane in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It has a screened heated pool and spa. (Sleeps up to 10 - 2 king, 4 twin, trundle bed in living room) There are 2 screened porches, plus the screened furnished pool deck, and an open sun/moon deck plus the Captain's walk.
CAPTIVA CUTIE - a charming updated cottage with private pool and spa. Cutie has a new kitchen and 2 new baths. It has been referred to as "cute as a button" and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and is located in the heart of the village area. (Sleeps 8 - 2 queen, 2 twins and queen sleeper) It is decorated in a fun tropical theme and has Mexican ceramic tiles and wall to wall carpeting. The lush tropical landscaping offers a private setting for the pool and screened porch area. An optional safety fence is available for children.
Captiva Breeze and Captiva Cutie offer WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS.
The following offer tennis courts and large community pools along with the other amenities:
SUNSET CAPTIVA - Has private 2 and 3 bedroom (some with loft)beach front and beach side homes. We have contacts with homes here if that is your preference. They have a community pool and 2 tennis courts and all homes are within a short walk to the beach or village. Beach front options are priced higher than near beach. (Sleep 6 or 8)
SOUTH SEAS PLANTATION - 1, 2 and 3 bedroom beautifully decorated luxury Gulf Front condos have a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico ~ amazing sunsets! - and instant beach access. (Sleeps 2-6.) Some Marina Villas also available. They are also close to Captiva's classic village.
