This is a great home in SEAGROVE very close to the beach !! Never on a rental program, this home is pure luxury. Located in CASSINE VILLAGE it is a very short walk (300 yards) to the gulf. The charming neighborhood of CASSINE VILLAGE offers meandering sidewalks and nature/fitness trails, 2 pools, tennis, basketball & stocked pond.
Outside, the house has 2 covered porches and a screened in porch with a brick paver circle drive to park up to 6 cars. Inside, custom built, there is attention to every detail. The kitchen is our favorite- corian countertops, walk-in pantry and smooth top range are just a few of the perks. There is a long bar with 4 stools that is part of the kitchen/dining area. We also have a dining table with 8 chairs. Both the kitchen and the dining area are part of the great room. There is a queen sleeper plus 2 recliner chairs to relax and watch TV. The decor is bright and cheery. The back wall is completely lined with large windows to bring in a lot of natural light.
Off of the great room is the master bedroom with a deluxe master bath. Walk in closets, his/her vanity, jacuzzi tub and a stand up shower with large picture window for natural light help you start the day off right. The master bed is a king with a TV. Another great custom feature is the laundry room which is off of the master closet with a pass thru to the great room. Upstairs we have 2 additional bedrooms- both with queen beds. The full bath has private entrances to both rooms for ultimate privacy.
As for location in SEAGROVE, we are in the heart of it all! Cocoons is just a 3 minute walk, the public beach access at One Seagrove Place in immediately across the street from Cassine Village. You can walk to the Tom Thumb for a quick refreshement, Angelina's for lunch, the movie rental place & Bruno's Pizza for a dinner out. 1.5 miles to Seaside- you can't find a better spot!!
