| This new resort home has 4500sq.ft. 4BR/3BA, DEN w/ high speed internet, is 300 yards from Tigertail beach.It has private tennis,bocce, basketball courts, shuffleboard and children's playground. The oversized lanai has a heated pool and spa. Additional features include a formal dining room, great room with entertainment center, flat screen TV with DVD player and changer, centralized sound system throughout the house and lanai, and upscale kitchen. Three rooms have a cable flat screen TVs with DVD player. All the bedrooms have an overhead light with 3-speed fans. You have almost everything in this home for a perfect family vacation.
There is a monitored electronic alarm system for extra security.
