This garden condo is located in the garden section of Siesta Dunes Beach Condominiums with private access to Siesta Key's award winning Crescent Beach. This unit is located in the quiet garden area of the complex and has full use of the beach-front pool, sun deck, and BBQ facilities. This 2BR/2BA Siesta Dunes garden condo has 1 King suite and 2 twin beds in second bedroom to sleep 4 adults. Add the queen sofa bed and twin rollaway in unit to sleep up to 6. The condo is in Building 8, Unit 105. This first floor end unit is brightly lit and located in the quiet, lush garden area of the complex. It contains a master king suite, twin beds in second bedroom, finished lanai for extra living space, large kitchen with a bar connecting to a full dining room. Amenities include linens, cookware, tableware, microwave, toaster oven, 2 hairdryers, 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler, free local calls, and free high-speed Internet access (computer not provided). A washer/dryer is located in the kitchen closet for your convenience. The condo has an assigned, covered parking space steps from the door. Three minute walk to pool. Five minute walk to beach. All of Siesta Dunes is on the beach side of Midnight Pass. No need to cross the road to get to the beach. The condo features free high-speed cable Internet access via Ethernet or 802.11b wireless. You must provide your own compatible laptop. The condo also features an allergy friendly environment. All mattresses are encased in breathable dust-mite proof encasings. The living space has tile flooring and most furniture is leather. Check our pictures (right) for the location of our unit and Siesta Dunes. Siesta Dunes is walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors and bike rentals. Don't spend your time surrounded by hot pavement. Spend your vacation in a resort setting with lush gardens, natural sand dunes, and palm trees. Don't be surprised to see a Giant White Egret walk by your private patio. The complex has 24-hour security, private beach access, heated pool, therapy pool, saunas, tennis courts, sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs, beach barbecues, and a shaded picnic area. http://www.siestadunescondo.com
