| As you approach The Abbey via the fully landscape boulevards, you know that you have reserved a luxurious, high quality property that will be value for money.
The Abbey at West Haven is a magnificent luxulry home located within a secure gated community just off Insterstate 4 (I4).
This holiday home is approximately thrity minutes from Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from all Disney attractions and three minutes from the Greg Norman designed Champion's Gate Golf Conplex and David Ledbetter's golfing Academy with more than 20 other courses within 30 minutes of The Abbey.
The Abbey meets all requirements. It is a beautiful, secure and well maintained community, accessed through landscape boulevards that back onto maintained orange groves.
All four bedrooms open, through lock controlled patio doors to the courtyard style 28 x 12 feet pool that can be heated in winter (extra charge). Two bedrooms are double queen sized beds with en-suite facilities and cable TV. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds which share a family bath/shower room. One master bedroom is of the 'cabanna' type which is separate from the main part of the building making it ideal for two families.
With truly executive facilities, absolutely everything is provided in the kitchen and lounge including cable TV, CD, DVD and video.
The property is professionally managed withthe representative on 24 hour call. he local Resident's Association is responsible for maintaining the extensive grounds which is watered twice a week to provide grounds suited to such a property.
If you want luxury, with all utilities and faciltiies provided, a property that matches your needs whether they are associated with visiting theme parks, championship grade golf courses, shopping, or just relaxing around the pool on the luxury furniture provided, then you need to look no further - THE ABBEY IS THE HOLIDAY HOME YOU HAVE DREAMED OF AND BEEN LOOKING FOR!
