Our Florida home is a beautiful villa ideally located within minutes of all the major attractions in the Orlando / Kissimmee area. The home is in the subdivision of Indian Point which is a safe and quiet neighborhood and patrolled regulary. This area is about 1 mile from Highway 192, where you will find many restaurants, shops (Super Wal-Mart nearby) and entertainment. There is something there for everyone!
The home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a large shower off the Master Bedroom and tub shower in second bath.
Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bedroom Set.
A large living room, dining room with pass through to the kitchen with an eat in kitchen and laundry area in the clean garage. The living room overlooks your private pool. Comfortable poolside furniture which ensures a comfy stay by the pool. The pool deck is screened in and a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida Sunshine!
