| This is a superb deluxe residence, very close to downtown Naples and the beaches. Just look at the list of upgrades - tiled roof and entrance porch, tiled and hardwood floors inside, wood and granite kitchen with high-range appliances, french doors to extensive tiled lanai, large heated pool (with safety feature) overlooking a wealth of tropical,lush vegetation. You are not overlooked in any direction and it is no exaggeration to say that you will be staying in a tropical paradise. You are surrounded by palm trees, birds of paradise and other exotic flowers. Squirrels hop among the trees, yellow and orange butterflies flutter by and the only sound is that of the tropical birds.The tropical theme is continued inside, with rattan furnishings and cool shades of green, yellow and red. And again, as you might expect, the furniture is of a particularly high quality,much of it new. The new dinnerware is Dansk and continues the tropical theme.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, each of the two master suites having their own bathrooms and access to the lanai. The two master bathrooms are sumptuous, contributing to the upscale ambience. The fourth bedroom, with its rattan daybed and plantation feel, can be used as a den in the daytime.
This home is only three years old and has never been on the rental market yet it is situated in the beautiful mature development of Kings Lake. A jogging/cycle path is available, as well as tennis courts. This is a haven of peace and luxury just a few minutes from Naples' famous beaches and beautiful downtown.
