| In a palm lined gated community this 4 bed 3 bath superior executive villa is located 7 miles from Disney.
The accommodation provides a Master bedroom with queen sized bed, walk in wardrobes, cable TV, patio doors onto pool deck and an en-suite with roman tub, twin vanity units and separate large shower cubicle.
A 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, cable TV and en-suite with twin vanity units and large shower cubicle. This bedroom also has doors onto the pool deck.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds, cable TV and share a bathroom which has access onto the pool deck. Bedroom 3 also has a PS2.
The fully fitted luxury kitchen offers a fridge freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker. The breakfast nook overlooks our pool.
The living room with ample seating has cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo and access to the covered lanai and pool.
We have a 30 ft x 15 ft pool with 7ft diameter spa with spillover.
There is also a formal dining area seating 6 and finally a double garage and private driveway.
The manor at WestHaven offers a private tennis court and children's recreational area with cabana.

Attractions and Shopping The villa is within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World where the theme parks include Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom, and the water parks are Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Disneys other attractions include Disneys Wild World of Sports, Disneys Boardwalk and Downtown Disney where adults can enjoy the freedom of bars and theme clubs. Other attractions in the Orlando area are:- Universal Studios theme park, Universal Islands of Adventure theme park, Universal City Walk (for nightlife), Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild, Silver Springs (natures theme park), Gatorland and Wonderworks. Attractions Nearby are Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens Tampa and Daytona USA. There are plenty of brand named retail shopping outlets throughout Orlando.
