| This new 3500 square foot, four bedroom, three bath home is 300 yards from Tigertail beach, has a formal dining room spacious kitchen with granite counter top and raised cherry wood cabinets, heated pool and central great room.
All rooms has overhead fan and light with ten foot ceiling. The rooms have king size bed, two queen size beds and two twin beds. Flat screen TVs with cable, VCR & DVD players are present in the master bedroom, living room and guest rooms.
High speed Internet & wireless phones with answering machines are available. There is a monitored alarm system for extra security.
As renter of this home, you are allowed to use our private sports facility next door to play tennis, bocce, basketball and shuffleboard MWF from 9am-5pm.
