The "Red Umbrella" has three covered porches (rocking chairs on the back one), treed backyard with private 26 by 13 fenced pool, TV in every room, VCR's, and best of all, it's only a three to four minute walk to the beach. We also have the gas grill, outside shower, and for the social butterflies in your group, there's the large, heated community pool only six houses away. So bask in the sun or rest in the shade of the "Red Umbrella." Either way, we've got you covered! ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * All rates reflect Six persons or less. $100 more per person after six, up to ten. * Half rent due to secure home. Upon arrival second half rent due, Plus 10% Florida Tax, $200-$800 damage deposit (refunded three business days after check-out if home is left in the order it was found).
