| Sandestin Beach Resort is located six miles east of the heart of Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It boasts 2500 beautifully landscaped acres, four championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a full service spa, biking trails throughout, many shops and restaurants, the Hilton Hotel, and much more. Security at all the entrances. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and rollerblade.
This unit is 1200 square feet on the first floor in Beachside I Towers, directly on the beach. The unit was completely painted in March of 2007. Brand new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, fixtures, and appliances in 2007! All new bath vanity cabinets and granite countertops also in 2007. There is a large balcony that overlooks the sand dunes, with a private back yard. The heated pool and the boardwalk to the beach are just steps away.
Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort. You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge.
About half of my business is repeat or referral. I keep my rates low and my condos very nice so you will tell your friends and family and want to come back! My rates are approxiamately 40% off the resort rates. No matter how long you stay... it is never enough!
The Emerald Coast was recently picked as the #1 Beach in America by USA Today readers and selected for the 8th year in a row as the Best Beach in the South and Top Family Destination by Southern Living readers!
