| Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is located six miles east of the heart of Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It has
four championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a sports and spa clinic, biking trails throughout, many shops and restaurants, the
Hilton Hotel, and much more. It is beautifully landscaped with security at all the entrances. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and rollerblade.
This unit is a one bedroom on the beach in Beachside Towers. The unit number is 4211 Beachside II Towers. My rates all year round
are 40% off the resort rates (and sometimes more). It is on the first floor at the pool. The closest unit to Elephant Walk in the
resort, a great location. The heated pool is out the back door, just steps from the beach. The Hilton Hotel is right next door, with several restaurants, and a new spa/fitness center. This unit is perfect for a couple
with two small children. I have repainted the entire unit in February of 2004. Brand new family room furniture in December of 2004.
Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous
shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort. You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge. Don't miss it!
This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens provided, and free local phone calls. The rates include the cleaning
fee. It has a small bedroom that has a queen bed in it. In the family room is a king murphy bed that comes down off of the wall. It
is very comfortable, and doesn't take up any floor space. The sofa is also a sleeper. It
is tiled throughout (no carpet).
I own a total of five units in Destin and have been renting them myself since I bought my first one 13 years ago. My rates can't be
beat anywhere. Much of my business is repeat or referral. I keep my rates low and my condos very nice so you will tell your friends and family and want to come back! No matter how long you stay... it is never enough!
