The ground floor is lock-out handi-cap accessible efficiency unit with bedroom, large bath, kitchen with private patio. The 2nd & 3rd floors are just over 1400 sq. ft. of living space, a bedroom and full bath on each floor. Each level has porch off the front for ocean views. Large master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, fireplace, sitting area with sleeper sofa and large master bath with double shower & skylight. Large kitchen with island, dining room table and sleeper sofa in living room (all high ceilings for open space feeling). Additional bedroom has queen size bed, walk-in closet, full bath. Washer/dryer on main level. Pool & hot tub on-site! Steps to the beautiful beach with pearl white sand and crystal blue ocean.
