| Enjoy your stay at this fully furnished 3BR/2BA, oceanfront condo on Flagler Beach. Flagler Beach is located on Florida's east coast, just minutes from historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and only an hour to Orlando. Enjoy the heated pool and private walkway to the beach. This condo is a second story corner unit which boasts wonderful views of the Ocean from the screened lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen and master suite. The second and third bedrooms overlook the Intracoastal Waterway and the Ocean Palms golf course.
The master suite has ocean views, a queen size bed, walk-in closets, armoir, dresser, TV, and private access to the screened lanai.
The spacious master bath has a separate shower, dual sinks, and a garden tub which is perfect for a relaxing bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, end table and lamp, dresser and a TV. This corner room has two windows and lots of light.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, chest of drawers, end table with lamp, TV and DVD player.
The living room offers wonderful views of the ocean through 12 foot glass sliders that open to the screened patio. This large room feels open and very comfortable. It's furnished with a new leather sectional sofa, coffee table, end tables, lamps and ceiling fan. Electronics include TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, disposal, dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. There is also a wooden table with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two barstools.
The screened lanai is a great place for watching the sunrise over the ocean while watching dolphins swin in the surf. Relax on the rear balcony with beautiful sunsets.
Flagler Beach offers over six miles of uncrowded beaches. It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. To the north, you'll find lots of world-class golf courses, many of which are designed by some of the biggest names in pro golf. To the South, there is the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the John F. Kennedy Space Center which make nice day trips. You can visit the 144 acre Gambles Rogers Memorial State Park where opportunities to view wildlife are endless. Flagler Beach is host to many superb local restaurants and shops. There is also a pier for fishing or for enjoying a leisurely stroll. You can enjoy many wonderful activities such as golfing, swimming, fishing, boating snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, and sightseeing. You may even want to visit the nearby outlet stores in historic St. Augustine, as well as Fort Clinch, and the dozens of shops and restaurants in the town center. Looking for adventure? All within one to two hours are Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios. Flagler Beach is less than 70 miles south of Jacksonville, 30 miles south of historic St. Augustine, and 20 miles north of Daytona Beach.
