| This beautiful, recently refurbished, third-floor, beachfront condo is one of the most perfect locations for a family vacation you'll ever find. Situated in the family-oriented and very popular Reef Club complex, ours is a 1,300 sq.ft. corner unit located over the beach and the pool. There are only 5 units in the Reef Club that are situated right over the beach, and this is one of them. It has absolutely wonderful views, both directly out over the sea-oats to the Gulf and also, from the balcony, you have the most gorgeous view up the sweep of the sugar-sand beach.
To complete this vacation in heaven, we have an immaculate tennis court onsite!, no reservations required. We also have assigned, covered parking right next to the elevator, great for our less mobile guests. The Reef Club complex has 55 units, and is located at 1000 Gulf Blvd, Indian Rocks Beach.
The condo was refurbished in the winter of 2005, with new carpet, drapes, paint, bedding, king-size bed, stove, and lots of new furniture. It has absolutely everything, right down to the fully equipped kitchen. There's a washer and dryer, linens, and towels. It has a crib/playpen. The condo boasts new tile and tasteful wall mirroring in the living areas.
There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV. The other bedrooms have two single beds each and one of them also has a TV. Along with the panoramic views, the living room has lots of seating and the dining room table sits 8. The living room also has TV and a VCR / DVD player (feel free to move it to a bedroom if you want). There is basic cable feed to all the TV's. For extra accomodations, there's a sofa bed in the living room. For your conveniance, there's a small grocery store right across the street, so you don't even have to drive at all if you don't want to.
The large pool is heated year-round. In addition to the onsite tennis, there are literally dozens of golf courses nearby. There's also lots of stuff to do with the kids. It's just a pleasant ten-minute drive up the beach to all the activity, shops, and attractions of Clearwater Beach. To name but a few of the things to do there; you can take a dolphin spotting cruise, go fishing for dinner (they'll clean what you catch for you), or there's a new off-shore power-boat cruise that goes 70+ mph.
Or you can rent a boat and explore for yourself the many beaches and tropical islands that are only accessible from the water. And you won't believe the choice of local restaurants! We have some terrific recommendations, just ask. Orlando and Disneyland are just a couple of hours away. We also have an excellent theme park and a water park right here in Tampa; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, respectively. Tampa International airport is 30 minutes away.
We the owners (we're a couple of ex-pat Brits, by the way) regard you as our guests. We live in Clearwater Beach so we're close by and have lots of local knowledge you can draw on. As your hosts, we have a real concern to make your stay with us absolutely perfect, so you can call us at any time if you have any problems or questions. Also, along with all this personal attention, you get a significant discount from the realtor’s rates when you reserve your week(s) through us!
Rental year round is by the week (most condos in the area have a monthly minimum) or by the month (September through December only). A deposit of 25% is normally required, unless the booking is within 30 days of arrival, in which case 100% is required at the time of reservation. Pets are not allowed, sorry.

P.S. March-April is our high season, but we have FANTASTIC weather here in November... and our rental rate is about 1/2 of our Mar-Apr rate... and without the crowds!
