Four Corners Villa is a superbly specified 4 Bed 3 Bath (2 Masters both with En Suite), fully air conditioned Luxury Villa located on an oversize corner plot on the Four Corners Community in Davenport Orlando. Four Corners is regarded as the “Gateway to the Ridge” and is 5 minutes North of I4 and only 15 Minutes to Disney. The two master bedrooms both with en suite facilities together with a further two bedrooms make this an ideal choice for two families to share.
Furnished in Natural Shades and Timber with the entire living area tiled, and cathedral vaulted ceilings, you will enjoy relaxing in the cool and calm environment after a hard day at the nearby theme parks or shopping malls.
Take a dip in our private South Facing 28 Ft Pool and Extended Deck Area which is completely screened, relax and soak up the Sun in the selection of Patio Furniture or even cook a couple of steaks on the Gas BBQ. The Pool is equipped with an electric Pool Heater, which is an optional extra in the cooler months, as well as underwater lighting and a swimout on which you can sit and watch the Evening Sun go down.
All Bedrooms and the Family Room have Cable TV which offers over 70 Channels, all 5 TV's are independently operated so each room can watch a different programme! and the house is equipped with VCR's a DVD Player and even a Home Computer with Free Internet Access to ensure that even the most ardent e- mailer can keep in touch.
For your entertainment, Four Corners Villa has a fantastic Games Room with Full Size Table Tennis, Table Football (Foosball) and Electronic Darts. We also provide a selection of Books and Board Games.
There are four bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed and en suite Bathroom with "his" and "hers" washbasins, Walk In shower and separate bathtub. The bedroom also has direct access to the pool deck via patio doors, perfect for that dip before Breakfast.
Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed and En Suite Bathroom with large walk in Shower.
Bedroom 3 has a Full Size Bed whilst Bedroom 4 has Twin Beds. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the Family Bathroom.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people by using the Sleeper Sofa in the Family Room, which converts to a double bed.
All Bed Linen and Towels are provided. A High Chair, Cot (Crib) and Travel Playpen are provided Free of Charge
For preparing your meals there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances including Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Hob and Large Fridge Freezer. There is also a seperate Utility Room with Washer, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
