| Set in the highly sought after community of Grand Reserve, this villa offers you every facility for a perfect vacation. With over 3000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for up to 14 people without ever feeling crowded.
The ground floor comprises one master bedroom complete with private bathroom and doors to the deck, one queen-size room with its own bathroom, two twin rooms which share a bathroom, and a children's den complete with a selection of books and toys. All these rooms have a TV. There is also a full kitchen complete with breakfast bar and nook, a utility room, dining room, living room, and family room. Both the living room and family room open out onto the deck.
The first floor houses the fabulous bonus room (27 feet by 20 feet) which has a king-size bed, private bathroom, and sitting area with a TV.
As well as air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans.
Outside there is a fully-screened private pool measuring 30 x 15 feet dropping from three feet to six feet at the deepest point. There is also a luxurious, four-person spa. Optional heating is available for both the pool and spa. The pool and spa are surrounded by a child-safety screen (removable) leaving a safe area on the extended deck for children to play. Deck furniture is also provided along with a poolside basketball hoop.
To the front of the house there is a garage and parking for three cars.
Grand Reserve is located close to all the parks (Disney is just 15 minutes away) and has easy access to all the malls and other attractions of central Florida. Local shopping facilities are just five minutes away. Both Reunion and Champions Gate gold resorts are less than 2 miles away.
