Description:

decorated 5th floor condominium located directly on the Gulf of
Mexico. Watch the dolphins frolicking in the gulf waters and the
spectacular sunsets from your private beachfront lanai. Walk the many
miles of white sand beaches from this southern-island location, relax
around the heated pool, take a swim in the warm gulf waters, or go
shelling on the beach which you will find outstanding.
As you look from the lanai, in view of a natural wildlife preserve
and the island's only "double beach," the incredible grounds,
aquamarine waters, white sands and breath taking sunset views of the
Gulf of Mexico will make this wonderful condo vacation one not to
miss.
Amenities:
This two-bedroom condominium is bright, airy, and well maintained.
Accommodations for eight include one king-size bed, one queen-size
bed, and one sofa-bed. Both bedrooms have a private bath and walk-in
closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range,
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes,
utensils, cookware, etc. Other amenities are central air
conditioning, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, linens/towels, cable TV,
VCR, DVD, phone, covered parking, gas grill, heated pool and outside
pool-shower. Campers, trailers, boats, jet skis, roller blades and
skateboards are not permitted.
Activities and Attractions:
On site activities include a large swimming pool with an 8ft deep
end, wildlife viewing, and shelling.
Immediately to the north and adjoining our complex is the Fort Myers
Beach Holiday Inn where you can reserve additional rooms for your
friends and family. The Holiday Inn has an upscale restaurant, pool-
side tiki bar, and daily and evening music, dancing and activities.
Nearby we have boating, jet ski rentals, motor scooters, sailing,
parasailing, bike rentals, diving, snorkeling, sea kayaking, charter
fishing trips, gambling on several casino boats located at the Fort
Myers Bridge, or at the Immokalee Casino, boat trips, moonlight
cruises, museums, parks, public pool/water slide, golf, miniature
golf, cinemas, etc. Not to mention the many fine outlet malls and
shopping districts located a short drive away.
Across from the condo there's a marina where you can rent a boat and
explore miles of coastal backwaters, a manicured golf course, a
shopping plaza with many outstanding restaurants with a charming
trolley to take you anywhere from the tip of Ft. Myers Beach Pier to
Bonita Springs.
Visit attractions such as the world famous Time Square and Fort Myers
Beach Pier, Edison-Ford winter homes, Barbara Mann Performing Arts
Center, Corkscrew Swamp Nature Preserve, Lover's Key State Park,
Spring Training Venue of many major league professional baseball
teams.
Accessible to plenty of fine and casual dining, churches, shopping,
Sanibel/Captiva Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, Key West, Everglades,
and Disney World.
