| This beautiful 4 bedroom villa located minutes from Orlando, Florida, built in 2001, is situated at the prestigious Eagle Ridge development and has not previously been available for vacation rental. It has been completely remodeled with brand new furniture and a pool installed in April 2005. The vacation villa is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 adults and has its own private screened pool which backs up to a beautiful lake and conservation area and is not overlooked on either side.
Walt Disney World at Orlando is a 13 minute drive with a whole host of shops, restaurants, golf courses, and other attractions within 5 minutes drive, making this the perfect homebase for your dream vacation. A brand new Wal-mart hypermarket and Winn Dixie supermarket are just 2 miles from your doorstep.
Our luxury vacation villa comes complete with amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air-conditioning and heating throughout, satellite television, VCR, DVD, and a screened-in pool which can be fully heated (charges apply). Our villa rental is a 2 minute walk from the amenities at Eagle Ridge which include a full size communal pool, tennis courts and children's play area.

Clermont/Disney Vacation Rental Rates:
Pool heat is optional and is charged at £70/$130 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £38/$70. For bookings of 22 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of deposit payment methods. A security deposit of £162/$300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. |
