| This beautiful Cape Coral waterfront villa is close to Tarpon Point Marina and has direct sail boat access with minutes to the main river. At the waters edge fish off your own private boat dock,(fishing rods and tackle are provided), or you can take a cruise on your very own 22ft motorboat with a 150 hp engine, stopping off for the lunch at one of the many waterside restaurants. The house is surrounded by a well looked after garden and lies directly on a wide canal. The beautiful swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax beside, or chill out in the spa.
Our vacation villa has 3 double bedrooms. The master has a king size bed,with ensuite. Two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the third has two single beds. For the comfort of guests the property is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room. The living room leads directly to the lanai, where you will find plenty of patio furniture to enjoy dining outside along with a gas BBQ.
