Upon booking unit a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required. This is due immediately Spring break deposit is higher. This is returned upon check out and no damage to the unit. Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by money order or cashier check, no personal checks. No refund if caNcelled less than THIRTY DAYS from arrival unless the unit can be rented. No refund for early check out. Refund if hurricane evacuation is order but no refund on the cleaning. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT AND THE COMPLEX DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
