| Our luxury 5 bedroom pool vacation home is located in Silver Creek which is a brand new and peaceful development situated at the far-end of the Woodridge community geographically at the south western corner of the Disney resort. Being over a mile from the main route 27 the house is very quiet but benefits from being only 10-15 minutes from Disney and ideally suited for the rest of Orlando's attractions and Golf Courses. There is a Wynn Dixie, Post office, Gas Station and huge 24 hour Wal-Mart all within a mile or so from the house.
Situated on the largest corner plot in Silver Creek and backing onto an open scrubland area with wildlife in abundance, we have extended the pool deck to give plenty of relaxing and entertaining space around the 33' heated pool and spa. With a North-West facing position, the pool area is perfect for all the afternoon sun as well as offering some shade if required.
The house has been personally furnished by the us to give you a light, airy, relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy your vacation in Orlando.
To find us, We are located 1 mile north on 27 from the intersection with the 192 which runs along the bottom of the Disney resort from Kissimmee in the East.
Amenities
With over 2,000 square feet of air conditioned living space, the house has 5 double bedrooms, including two full size, identical master king bedroom suites [6' beds] with double bathrooms and walk in closets. There is also a queen sized bedroom [5' bed] and two further bedrooms, each with two single [US twin] beds (7 Beds in all). All bedrooms are en-suite and have televisions and DVD players. The home comfortably sleeps 10 people, ideal for two families sharing or for a golfing party. Two of the bedrooms (1 King and 1 Twin) are situated on the ground floor; ideal for guests with accessibility requirements or needs.
The downstairs provides the kitchen and main living areas which open out on to the pool deck. There is also a separate entertainment living area at the front of the house with Xbox, PS2, DVD and Video players through a 24" TV. The main living area has a 32" TV with DVD and Dolby Digital sound. All living areas have ample sofas and cocktail tables.
The pool area has an 8' X 16' covered area for outdoor dining and reclining/swivel sun loungers. The pool is heated as is the spa (extra charge if required - recommended for the winter months). A pool blanket is provided.
The house is fully equipped for all your needs including a raised Microwave, Large Fridge/Freezer, Cooker with full size oven and hob, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Barbecue, hair dryers and clock radios in all bedrooms and plenty of pool towels and other linens are all provided.
