Why stay in a hotel with a community pool when you can stay in a beautiful home with a private heated swimming pool. This pool is for your exclusive use only. Pool is equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs, all with lovely comfortable cushions.
The home is centrally located in a small well kept subdivision of Kissimmee, and is just 5 minutes from Disney and all attractions. It is just 20 minutes form the airport. There is on site security for your peace of mind. Home is located next to a beautiful park with lovely spacious view from the pool area.
The villa accommodates up to 8 persons and has over-size washer and dryer as well as barbeque for your out-door cooking. Crib and high chair.
Master bedroom has queen-size bed with attached powder room, sunken tub and shower. Also has TV/Cable in master bedroom. Second bedroom has twin beds. Third bedroom has full size bed. All beds have excellent quality mattresses. Second bath has tub and shower and is located between the second and third bedrooms.
Kitchen has dining area and is fully equipped with latest appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice making machine, microwave, and garbage disposal.
Large living room area plus dining room. Living room has entertainment center with another TV/Cable as well as VCR and DVD player. Books, magazines and games are enclosed in entertainment center.
Pool is 15 x 30 ft. with electric heat pump for heating the pool. The pool screened for your comfort. Pool is accessed through sliding glass doors in the living room. What a great place to dine outdoors by the pool.
Home has an attached two car garage with an electric door opener for your comfort in entering the garage without getting out of your car.
Villa has central air as well as ceiling fans in every room. All linens are provided and there are no extra fees for cleaning, etc. Make this your home away from home.
Tennis courts, basketball court as well as a small kiddie playground are located close by. Close to all golf courses. Close to Walmart, Publix Market, and all kinds of restaurants etc. Discount tickets available. |
