The gorgeous beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood on the Gulf of Mexico are close by.
Home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious family room, a formal dining area, a well equipped kitchen and informal dining nook, as well as a separate office equipped with desk, printer, separate phone line and high speed DSL connection, ideal for those that need to work away from home and be able to enjoy a great vacation location.
For your added enjoyment there is a private electrically heated pool, a spacious deck with dining facilities and loungers to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine.
Boating enthusiasts or “First Timers’ can hire a boat and tie it up at your own boat dock along side the house. There is access to Charlotte Harbor as well as the Myakka River through a self-operated lock. Boat delivery can be arranged to your dock as well as a boat-operating lesson.
Fishing can be enjoyed from the boat deck, as well as from local fishing charters. A short distance can be found kyaking, tennis, and golfing to suit all levels.
