Located at the north end of Ft. Myers Beach (one mile south of Times Square) this fully equipped condo is tiled throughout, has new kitchen appliances, and Corian countertops in kitchen and bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the 2nd bedroom has both a full and twin bed. The spacious screened lanai is roomy enough for dining, and overlooks the pool and the beach. A reserved covered parking space is also provided for renters. Caper Beach's lush tropical landscaped grounds on the wide expanse of the gulf of Mexico include tennis courts, shuffleboard court, large pool overlooking the beach, picnic tables and gas grills. |
