| Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in up-scale Huntington Lakes, a gated community. A screened/glassed-in lanai provides a southern view of Huntington Lake, and with its picturesque lighted fountain is perfect for that romance or mystery novel you’ve wanted to read. Three swimming pools and a hot tub surround the well-manicured grounds. The clubhouse provides a billiard room, a game room, exercise room, tennis courts, BBQ grills and bocce courts. A fulltime active social director constantly plans activities and special events (the current activities and special events can be found on the Internet at: http://huntington_lakes.tripod.com).
The condo includes 1207 square feet of comfort, with two fully furnished bedrooms, living room and dining room. The high ceilings give the living space an open, southern-living feel. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast nook, along with a serving counter that also doubles as an eating area. Large Floridian ceramic tiles cover much of the living area, with carpeting in both bedrooms. Cable television and telephone access is provided. A one-car detached garage is also included.
If you prefer the beach, a short drive leads to Vanderbilt Beach with its pearly white Gulf Coast sand, covered with shells and peace. The quaint gulf town of Naples is a short drive away, with its wonderful restaurants and 5th Avenue shops. You’ll find convenient access to shopping, health care facilities, and some of the best golf courses in the area. The Ft. Myers Airport is a short drive up I-75.
